What is the purpose of the Chefs in Star Hotels wearing a cylindrical hat?
For a long time i am wondering why the Chefs wearing such a tubular, cylindrical, hollowed hat even lengther than their heads? Is their any specific reason regarding the shape and size of the special hats? What does actually it named? Is it designed only for the chefs?
Which in your opinion is cheaper, Prague or Budapest?
I’ve been to both cities before but just for a few hours so I didn’t really have time to experience either. But if you were going to one of those cities for 3 weeks which would you think would be better value? Heading to Thailand in October. See my very flexible itinerary. Any tips would be really appreciated!!?
I am heading to Thailand with my girlfriend on October 7th and would like to know what people who have been to Thailand think of this itinerary (taking into account that we are there in October – the wet season).. We plan to go straight to Chiang Mai for 4 nights to begin with. Then we think we will fly down to Krabi for a few nights (2 nights – maybe Railay Beach?). Family vacation not a lot of time will be spent in the rooms but we want to goo sightseeing and visit museum etc… should we rent a car etc??
Hotels in downtown seattle?
its going to be my first time in seattle this may.I’m looking for a hotel in seattle downtown especially near Pioneer Square.My friend suggested me Ramada or Best Western Executive Inn.Which hotel do you think should i pick?I’m looking for the most convenient one (shopping,food,crowd).Or maybe you have another suggestions? How cheaply could I live in Thailand?
I actually stayed in Thailand before so I know what to expect, as far as living conditions etc. But I forgot the prices of things. So I want to go back and stay there longer this time. I realize Chiang Mai and Isaan areas are cheaper, but how cheaply do you think I could live in Bangkok (or the outskirts where it might be cheaper)? realistically Just like monthly, for food and motel only. i have done my 3 years diploma in Hospitality (Hotel) Management. Now want to persuade my degree in Australia. Which city would be the best choice to get PART TIME JOB and to avoid racism. I personally like SYdney and wanna go there but kindly guide me that which city is better part time job wise. Thanx
