questions about going on a cruise?

My husband and I are planning a trip for next summer and would like to see visit Israel, Jordan, and Cappadocia in Turkey (we visited Istanbul on a previous trip so wouldn’t be spending a lot of time there this time). I’m going to a concert there in November, i need a hotel that’s within walking distance.. I do remember staying in a hotel last time i went many years ago but ive forgotten its name.
