horrible service from delta airlines!?
my flight was delayed about 2 hours, and becuase of that i missed my connecting flight, and spent 12 hours at jfk until the next flight departed. They gave me no hotel accomadations, no food vouchers. Plus, becuase i arrived late at jfk i was left at an aiport with no food, no place to get food, no car, and had to sleep with the rats. Late night travel from Union Station to Midway Airport (Chicago), and then back again….?
Ok, so here’s the deal. My wife and I are taking Amtrak into Union Station the night before our flight out of Midway. The train is “scheduled” to arrive at 10:45 PM and our flight out of Midway is at 7 AM the next morning. From the U.S. Do I need a British visa if I am stopping over night in the U.K. for a flight out the next day?
I am going Nov 1 from the U.S. to Africa and changing planes in Gatwick Airport-U.K. I am arrive at 7:30 a.m. and staying over night at a hotel and leaving 9:30 the next morning. I am returning in 90 days and will stay over night again for the return flight home. Will I need a British visa for this?

I recently purchased delta airline tickets for my boyfriend and I. I’m really scared because I just read all of the reviews…. EVERY single review was horrible, something about an extra charge, extra delay, etc. is there anyone who had positive flight with them? AHHHHH I WANT TO GET MY MONEY BACK AND GET A NEW FLIGHT!!! also.. will they pay for my hotel and stuff if the flight “Delays” or anything like that? because our hotel in Florida already has reservations.
