Go to Regent Palace Hotel in Bur Dubai. It is under indian management, the rooms are quite good and their indian bar/club is one of the most renowned in Dubai (Bollywood Cafe). Also not bad is the club in Sea Shell Hotel in Bur Dubai. There are plenty of others around, just ask in your hotel once you are there. I am not an Indian but I always liked the Bollywood Cafe.
