Just need a place to chill for a few hours and my budget is really tight.

    Consider the Washington DC youth hostel. Hotels in DC are notoriously expensive. In PG County you have a better chance – but I’m not sure of anything closer than Laurel.

    wouldn’t really recommend chilling in PG, it can quickly become a permanent condition there
