Its pretty hard to find a room for so many people under US$100 in hong kong and is better to stay at Guest House or Hostels which is cheap and can be affordable for many people. Maybe you can stay at HK Budget Hostel where I stay before and that time got a family of 6 from the Philippines also stay there before while I stay there.
