Renting an apartment flat in Edinburgh?
Hi – I’m relocating abroad this year and was looking for a modern apartment in Edinburgh that is close to the university. Can anyone speak to the Lady Nicholson apartments on Potterrow? It’s also a hotel (aka Spiegel Hotel) that has pretty good ratings. It’s a tad expensive – but I have yet to see other units in the private market that can match the finishings and ‘newness’ of this….that is also within a 5 minute walk to the Library.

Scotland Tour (John O Groats) from Edinburgh?
I will arrive Edinburgh on 18Aug09, I have 4 days free to discovering Scotland, and prefer to go John O Groats and Losh Ness. Can anyone recommend any guarantee tour to me? May I know which B&B or hotels are walking distance to Edinburgh Bus Station (St.Andrew Street)?

Im going to Edinburgh for a weekend and was wondering what the best shopping street was or an area with good nightlife… im thinking of booking a hotel near princess street gardens if anyone could tell me if thats near anything that would be a great help… thanks!

How much would it cost to park in Princess Exchange Edinburgh Car Park?
I am staying in the Point Hotel on the 27th of October to 29th October. Looking to park at 12pm on the 27th and leave around 3pm on the 29th. Can I park in the Princess Exchange car park and leave my car overnight? How much would it cost? Would really love the help!!! Many Thanks 
Interesting places to visit around Edinburgh?
We are going to Edinburgh for a wedding in August but because of the Fringe Festival the hotels are really expensive. Does anyone know of any interesting towns near Edinburgh (within 3 hours drive) that we can go visit?
