   You can find many hotels for that price and even cheaper in Beirut or Achrafieh and don’t worry about the noises cuz u can be located on a high floor and the windows are double glazed windows.

   I just stayed at the Safir Heliopolitan. Nothing overly fancy, but, 5 star, wonderful staff, close distance to the sea. Amazing…… Definitely recommend it;)

   i guess if u try to get a furnished apartment in Beirut like Beirut Homes in sodeco (close to Achrafieh and Down Town) it would cost you far much less than $120. i have done a feasibility study on BH (beirut Homes) and seen the rooms, the place is great, location perfect, stuff very friendly, daily cleaning servies…everything u need.
